From Vision to Launch: Building a Full-Scale Learning Ecosystem
Samsung Circle is a scalable learning management platform designed to empower sales representatives with comprehensive knowledge of Samsung products. We built the platform from scratch, seamlessly uniting backend administrative tools with an engaging frontend learning journey.
Throughout the project lifecycle, I led the product design of the personalized dashboard, universal search, chatbot integration, and the back-office management console.
1. Rapid Digital Transformation:
Transition from traditional on-site retail training to a fully remote digital infrastructure, securing operational continuity in response to unprecedented global disruptions (COVID-19).
2. Knowledge Validation & Assessment:
Establish structured, objective assessment mechanisms within the platform to track, measure, and validate product comprehension and retail readiness.
3. Self-Sustaining Ecosystem
Establish a long-term, self-sustaining learning ecosystem by enabling internal administrators to produce, manage, and deploy training content, reducing external dependency and maximizing continuous platform utilization.
1. Absence of Legacy Infrastructure:
Since this was the first digital learning platform for Samsung Germany, we had to define all UX standards, user flows, and engagement strategies from zero.
2. Rapid Development:
We faced the challenge to architect a massive, enterprise-grade ecosystem within a tight launch window.
3. Operational Readiness:
The back-office management system had to be designed with a minimal learning curve, enabling internal staff to run and publish content from day one.
1. Unified Learning Journey:
Seamlessly consolidated fragmented product training into a single, cohesive frontend interface, maximizing sales representative engagement and knowledge retention.
2. Data-Driven Success Tracking:
Integrated intuitive dashboards and assessment modules that provide clear, visual tracking of learning progress for both individual sales reps and regional managers.
3. Zero-Friction Back-Office Administration:
Streamlined complex backend administration into a modular, easy-to-use CMS, minimizing the internal staff’s learning curve and accelerating content time-to-market.
